Day 1: Following your home pick up we join our luxury tour coach and make our way to Torquay, making suitable stops along the way. Upon arrival at the hotel, we have tea/coffee whilst our bags are delivered to our rooms. Later we enjoy a drinks reception with the hotel manager, with a chance to meet the team, before being shown to your table for dinner. We finish the day off with some live entertainment.
Day 2: Christmas Eve - After enjoying a leisurely breakfast we board our coach for the short journey to Paignton. The great thing about Paignton is that it is a compact resort, with the seafront, pier and town centre shops and tearooms all within close proximity. We then head back to the hotel for a sumptuous lunch, and the afternoon is then free for you to maybe wander into town for some last minute shopping. For those who wish to join in, there will be a big Christmas quiz, followed by tea/coffee and yule log
Your Christmas Eve dinner will be served between 18-00 & 20-00, after which we will enjoy live entertainment into the evening. Mulled wine & mince pies will be served at 22-00 and the televised midnight mass will be shown in the Gallery Lounge for those wishing to watch it.
Day 3: Christmas Day. Merry Christmas! - Enjoy a glass of sparkling Prosecco with your breakfast and open your gifts. The morning is then free at your leisure. Why not take advantage of the hotel’s hydro pools or take a stroll along the beautiful coastal footpath. Your traditional Christmas lunch will be served at 1pm followed by the Kings speech at 3pm. This afternoon, if you have room, tea/coffee and Christmas cake will be served in the lounge. A celebration buffet awaits us this evening followed by a glittering evening of entertainment.
Day 4: Boxing Day - After a hearty breakfast, for those who wish to join us, we will head out for a scenic coach tour, returning to the hotel in time for lunch.
This afternoon we re-join our coach and head to the Babbacombe theatre for a variety show or you may choose to remain at the hotel and indulge in afternoon snacks or enjoy a Devon cream tea. This evening put your glad rags on and dress to impress for tonight’s dinner, followed by another night of live entertainment of music & dancing.
Day 5: Sadly after breakfast, we depart Torquay for our return journey back to Norfolk making suitable stops en route. Upon arrival our door to door service will be waiting to take you home.
