Join us for a sightseeing tour to start the festive season based at the stunning Abbey Hotel in Great Malvern. We feature the City of Gloucester, as well as Hereford, Worcester and Ross-on-Wye – ideal destinations to find that elusive present.

Day 1: Following your home taxi collection, we board our luxury tour coach and head west to Malvern and our hotel for the next four nights, The Abbey Hotel in Malvern, on a dinner bed and breakfast basis.    Tea/Coffee & biscuits are served upon arrival.

Day 2: Our day begins with a drive to the delightful old town of Ross-on-Wye, a friendly and welcoming small market town, overlooking the Wye and within the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Much of the town is designated a conservation area and at its heart is the historic Market House, a listed Ancient Monument, built of the Old Red Sandstone and housing an art and craft gallery and one of the town’s two Tourist Information sites. Dominating the town is the spire of St Mary the Virgin Parish Church and next to it is the famous Prospect Gardens. From here you can take in wonderful views of the horseshoe bend in the Wye, the Black Mountains, Breacon Beacons and Malvern Hills.

From here we head for the historic Cathedral city of Hereford where we have time for lunch and a look around, before calling at the ancient market town of Ledbury. Hereford sits right at the heart of the county, on a loop of the River Wye. The golden-stone cathedral, with its medieval Mappa Mundi and Chained Library, is a huge draw – but you can also wander among half-timbered houses and stroll along the Wye. Browse independent shops across the city, they're clustered along quirky Church Street, and explore the Old Market, transformed into an open-air destination for shopping and dining

Day 3: Today we begin with a drive to historic Tewkesbury for a short break. There will be time to look around the abbey (not included) with its stunning medieval architecture and wander the narrow streets lined with half-timbered houses and Tudor buildings.

From here we continue to the Cathedral City of Gloucester where we visit the Gloucester Docks complex, with shops, cafes and bars. It is also home to the National Waterways Museum (entry not included). There are lots of opportunities for lunch and the afternoon is free for you to explore before we return to Malvern.

Day 4: Today we head to the City of Worcester where we have the day to explore the city. At its centre is a magnificent cathedral, perched along the riverbank, dominating the skyline for miles around. The cathedral is one of the loveliest in England and dates back to Norman times. The early 12th century Chapter House, St. Wulfstan's Crypt and the mediaeval cloisters are among the most remarkable in the country, and King John's tomb in the Cathedral dates from 1216.

Although possessing all the sophistication and amenities of a city, Worcester with its attractive jumble of medieval, Tudor, Georgian, and modern architecture has the feel of a small town and is easy to explore and get around.

Just a three minute walk from the cathedral takes you to the famous Royal Worcester Porcelain Museum and adjoining factory. Nearby, you can wander along medieval Friar Street, full of restaurants and bars nestled within original timber buildings, or maybe visit Greyfriars, a merchant's house built in 1480. (attractions in Worcester subject to individual choice and payment)

Day 5: Sadly this morning we depart our hotel and head back to Norfolk making suitable stops en route. Upon arrival our door to door taxi service will be waiting to return you home.
