After journeying to the charming town of Ware in Hertfordshire, you’ll begin your day with a hearty two-course winter lunch served in a cosy riverside pub, offering warmth and comfort against the crisp seasonal chill.

Once you've dined, your boat will arrive at the pub to welcome you aboard for a peaceful afternoon cruise. Wrapped in the quiet beauty of winter, your three-hour journey will take you past Ware’s iconic gazebos before drifting through the historic town centre and into the serene, wintry landscapes of the Lee Valley’s Amwell Nature Reserve.
