Since its inception three decades ago, Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance has achieved global success. Though he retired from performing during his final tour in 2016, which culminated in a memorable performance at Caesar's Colosseum in Las Vegas, he has remained at the helm of the production.

Symphonic Soul - A Celebration of Motown and More

Get ready for another unmissable afternoon of soul music with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra as the Royal Albert Hall is filled with the seminal sounds of the iconic Motown label, as well as other sensational soul artists of the era.

This get-up-and-dance concert features songs by the artists who brought gospel, blues and soul music to new heights such as: Stevie Wonder, Gladys Knight, Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, Diana Ross, Jackson 5, Martha Reeves and, the Queen of Soul herself, Aretha Franklin.

The Royal Albert Hall are thrilled to, once again, be joined by star vocalists Gloria Onitiri and Trevor Dion Nicholas for a host of classic Motown anthems, including: R.E.S.P.E.C.T., Ain’t No Mountain High Enough, I Heard It Through the Grapevine, Reach Out (I’ll Be There), Dancing in the Street, Midnight Train to Georgia, Stop! In the Name of Love, Don’t You Worry ‘Bout A Thing, My Guy, Proud Mary, What Becomes of the Broken Hearted, You Can’t Hurry Love and My Girl.

Duran Duran Live in Birmingham

Global music icons Duran Duran have confirmed their first full UK arena tour in three years. Taking place in October, the shows land amongst another landmark year for Duran Duran, surrounded by the release of the euphoric new single ‘Free To Love’ featuring Nile Rodgers.

Duran Duran are one of the most successful and influential bands in pop history. With well over 100 million records sold worldwide, the Birmingham-formed group has soundtracked generations with a peerless arsenal of hits including "Rio", "Hungry Like the Wolf", "Girls on Film", and "Ordinary World".
