We want everyone to enjoy a comfortable and memorable holiday with us. To help accommodate passengers with mobility equipment, we can carry a limited number of mobility scooters, folding wheelchairs, and folding walking aids on our coach holidays.
Due to storage capacity, weight limit of our coaches and the practical requirements of loading and unloading equipment, we cannot carry everything. If you wish to travel with your mobility equipment, it is essential that you contact our reservations team before booking.

Mobility Scooter & Wheelchair Policy
To ensure the safety of all passengers, staff and the secure transportation of mobility equipment, the following conditions apply:
Mobility Scooters
We can only accept lightweight, folding Class 2 mobility scooters that meet the following requirements:
- Maximum of one mobility scooter per coach tour due to the limited luggage storage space beneath the coach.
- Maximum total weight: 26 kg.
- The scooter must be capable of being dismantled or folded into separate components, with each individual part no larger than a medium-sized suitcase.
- Only Class 2 mobility scooters are accepted.
- Class 3 mobility scooters cannot be carried under any circumstances due to their size and weight.
Delivery Before Departure
Mobility scooters must be delivered to our depot at least one working day before your holiday departs. Our contracted taxi’s will not have the space once they have loaded your luggage.
Please note:
- Mobility scooters cannot be transported in home collection taxis.
- Our team will securely load the scooter onto the coach before your departure.
Loading & Boarding Requirements
For health and safety reasons:
- Passengers must be able to assemble, dismantle, assist with the load and unload their mobility scooter, or travel with a companion who can do this on their behalf.
- Passengers must also be able to board and disembark the coach independently, as our coaches are not equipped with wheelchair lifts.
Folding Wheelchairs & Walking Aids
We are pleased to accept:
- Manual folding wheelchairs
- Folding walking frames
- Folding walkers
These items should fold compactly to allow safe storage within the coach luggage compartment.
Please note that electric wheelchairs cannot be accepted due to their size, weight and storage requirements.
Important Booking Information
To avoid disappointment, all mobility equipment must be declared when making your booking.
Our reservations team will confirm whether your equipment is suitable for travel and whether space is available on your chosen tour.
We reserve the right to refuse carriage of any mobility equipment that:
- Has not been declared at the time of booking.
- Exceeds our maximum size or weight restrictions.
- Does not meet our safety or storage requirements.
- Cannot be safely transported within the coach luggage compartment.
