Standard Luggage Allowance
Each passenger is permitted to bring:
Medium Suitcase
- Maximum Height: 71 cm
- Maximum Width: 49 cm
- Maximum Depth: 28 cm
- Maximum Weight: 20 kg
This allowance is suitable for most coach holidays and short breaks. We recommend weighing your suitcase before you travel to ensure it complies with the maximum weight restriction.
Overnight Bag (Where Applicable)
If your holiday includes an overnight stay, you may also bring one additional overnight bag.
- Maximum Height: 40 cm
- Maximum Width: 30 cm
- Maximum Depth: 20 cm
- Maximum Weight: 6 kg
This bag is intended for essential items required during your overnight stay and should remain within the specified size and weight limits.
Important Luggage Information
For the safety of our driver and to comply with our coaches maximum weight limit, luggage that exceeds the permitted size or weight restrictions may not be accepted for travel.
Please note:
- Suitcases exceeding the maximum dimensions or weight may be refused on the day of departure.
- If an extra taxi is needed due to excess luggage during your home pick-up, any supplementary taxi charges will be the responsibility of the passenger and must be paid directly to the taxi company.
To avoid inconvenience, we strongly recommend checking your luggage dimensions and weight before leaving home.
Before You Travel
Preparing in advance helps ensure a stress-free start to your holiday. Before your departure, please remember to:
- Clearly label all luggage with your name, address and contact details.
- Check that your suitcase and overnight bag meet the stated size and weight limits.
- Have your luggage packed and ready before your scheduled collection time.
- Be ready at least 10 minutes before your home pick-up time (where home collection is included).
- If you are joining the coach from a designated local joining point, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
