Not always. You can browse our website without providing personal information.
However, if you want to book a holiday or day trip, request a brochure, enquire about private hire, receive updates or contact us, we’ll need certain details in order to help.
Will you send me marketing emails?
When you sign up for or consent to receive any of our holiday brochures, special offers of marketing communications we will use the information you provide to enable us to send you our brochures, emails, promotions, newsletters or any other communications you have requested.
We will process your personal information based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Can I unsubscribe from marketing?

We currently use Mailchimp to manage email communications.

We only share your information where necessary. For example, to provide holidays and travel services, we may share information with trusted partners, who need to know such information to perform their responsibilities, such as:

Where do you store my personal information?
We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Notice. Your details are processed by and stored on software provided by Roeville Computer Systems Limited (RCSL) who are based in Doncaster in the United Kingdom
How are bookings and payments handled?
Bookings are processed through our booking platform by RSCL.
Payment and booking information is securely managed through our booking system provider to allow us to process reservations and administer your travel arrangements.
Your payment information is not used for marketing purposes.
How does your website use cookies?
Like most websites, we use cookies to help the website work properly and understand how people use it.
At the moment, we use Google Analytics to help us learn things like:
- which pages are most popular
- how visitors move around the site
- where improvements can be made
- Identify and resolve technical issues
As our website develops, additional tools may be introduced and this page will be updated accordingly.

How long do you keep my information?
